With all the different cloud hosting options out there, why have we made our own? and what makes us different from OneDrive, Dropbox, iCloud etc?

Well for us the answer is simple. All these companies have a backdoor access to your data. That photo you took last summer? They can see it. Google is the worse for it, they have your entire life listed. Don't believe us? Go onto their website: myactivity.google.com everything you have done on a google service is logged, tracked and used against you. If a service is for free it’s because the cost of that service IS YOU! your data makes them money by manipulating your opinions, political or otherwise. It always used for targeting you for advertisements and the worse part, selling it directly to other companies to do the same. Your contact numbers, emails, photos, calendar events, notes, they even record what time your wake-up alarms are set for. if it’s free. YOU ARE THE PRICE!

Some people take the approach that you have nothing to hide, so it shouldn't bother you. That’s a fine approach to take, only you do have something to hide, everyone does. That personal photo, your messages to your loved ones, that cheesy poem you wrote. These things are personal, therefore are private. These big companies should not be making money from your personal life.

So, we've setup our own server. The big difference? its fully encrypted so we can't see anything you save on it. Its only accessible through a secure connection and its powered by open source software which is constantly looked at by security and industry specialists.
